Max Healthcare and Medtronic have teamed up to launch the Max Medtronic Skill Lab at Max Super Specialty Hospital in Saket, New Delhi. This new facility is dedicated to training medical professionals in the latest minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgical techniques, marking an important milestone in advancing healthcare education and patient care.

The lab will provide a wide range of training programs for surgeons, nurses, operation theatre technicians, and paramedics. These sessions will include hand on workshops and advanced skill building courses designed to equip healthcare workers with practical knowledge to improve surgical outcomes. The program is led by Max Healthcare’s expert faculty and supported by Medtronic’s cutting edge technology and resources.

In addition to training medical staff, the lab also focuses on educating patients and caregivers about the benefits of minimally invasive surgery, such as smaller incisions, quicker recovery, reduced risk of infections, and less tissue damage compared to traditional surgeries. This dual approach aims to enhance both clinical skills and patient awareness.

Dr. Sandeep Budhiraja, Group Medical Director at Max Healthcare, said, “This collaboration strengthens our commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence. The skill lab is a vital step toward building a strong, skilled healthcare workforce that can deliver better patient outcomes”.
