The world collapsed and everything came shattering down. Their jobs were gone. But they stood tall with guts & grit and were determined to rise against all odds. As the fate might have it, in about five years’ time they became one of the most renowned faces amongst the industry circle, taking up arms with both startups as well as the global heavy weights.However, true that might be, it surely looks like one hideously stereotypical fantasy that one may find too true to believe. We may have read a number of stories of startups and individuals failing miserably in their work but not giving up and rising out of the ashes like a Phoenix.
It is a blatant truth and that can’t be denied, when the waters are rough and no one is there to give you a life jacket to save yourself crossing the immense ocean is difficult. There will be times no family or friend will be able to rescue you and you will have to learn to swim yourself if you want to win.
And when it hits the roof you have all the reasons to panic when you have failed miserably and the horizon looks bleak, unachievable and impossible. Do not shy away, looking out and reaching out for an anchor to help you lift yourself up. More emotional than anything else. Ensure that you are around people who matter the most in your life. A friend, a family, a beloved or just some one naturally positive around you will help you boost your morale. The support system you can hold on to will make the unfore seen possible.
Damn Your Fears
Failure is a subjective word. Filter and trash
the NO! DON'T! CAN'T! WON'T! voices that will be echoing around you. Remove the prefix im from the word impossible and say to yourself I am possible. Ignore negative people and voices completely and let it not affect you as this will just make you feel you can’t achieve what you aim for. Believe that the worst has gone by and there is nothing else to lose. Stay calm and get a plan, a scribbled rough plan. Fears is only temporary and don’t let your fears grip you or take away the best of you. Fears grip you it does n’t allow you to forge forward because of the failure of success.
Do Not Compare
You have been thrown in this situation for a reason. This is your calling. Find a match and light your fire. Honestly, at times ignorance is bliss. While it’s good to know the markets you are entering but knowing too much makes you fearful. Remember, competitors and critics, are just catalysts. Enhance your skills and build your contacts. Your competitors should not make your fearful. But you should use your skill to get going without any apprehensions bothering you. Remember the famous proverb 'Rome was not built in a day' and rest will then fall in place.

Never lose sight of your purpose. Why did you start? Where have you come? Where are you headed? There will be moments when you will think of quitting. Just remember when such a moment comes, success is hiding around the corner. If you can't do this, nobody else can. No one can do what you want to do. No one can help you if you don’t believe in yourself and or if you don’t want to help yourself no one will. You are the master of your destiny. Either you do it or be ready to face failure all your life.

Stay Right and don’t indulge in anything that is not morally right or this will haunt you all your life that you used unfair ways get to the ladder of success.
