Her venture into NLP wasn’t born out of a corporate directive or trend, it was personal. In 2016, under the mentorship of ex-army officer and NLP expert Sudip Mukherjee, she attended her first NLP Practitioner Program.
What started as a tool to complement her yoga and wellness training turned into a profound self-revelation. “I realized how many limiting patterns and conditionings were embedded in my own psyche. Samanta says, “NLP isn’t just about spoken language, it’s also about unspoken language. Body language, postural habits, and breathing patterns, these are all cues to how we think and feel. By bringing in movement, breathwork, mantra, and mindfulness, I help rewire neural pathways in a deeper, more

Though she leveraged platforms like Zoom and Google Meet during the pandemic, Samanta Duggal remains a strong advocate for in-person engagement. “I’m old school that way”, she laughs. “So much of my work is body-based, touch, breath, expression. Seeing a person’s posture, hearing their breath, and watching their movement, that’s where the real healing begins. Online tools help with reach, but the transformation is most powerful in physical presence”.

On the question of diversity and inclusion especially in the corporate space, Samanta Duggal believes wellness itself is the great equalizer. “Health is universal.
