With over 50 percent of all lost work days being stress related and 75percent of corporate employees suffering from cervical or back pain related problems, yoga is the only solution to mitigate these maladies as it ensures healthier staff, increased productivity, less sick days, team building and in a whole guarantees stress-free and happy employees. TYG offers classes and workshops both at the studio as well as at office ranging from yoga techniques that can be practiced at the desk to advanced classes for a group of employees and its workshops cover topics from the selling with soul, yoga for mind, diet for a healthy body to stress management.
Over its existence of a decade, TYG has proudly organized hundreds of corporate workshops. Further, it has tie-up and signed MOU to organize and conduct regular wellness programs and training sessions with many prominent organizations like Reserve Bank of India, Indian Oil Corporation, Radisson Blue Hotel, JVB University, Fortis Hospital, Delhi Development Authority, NFL, AMDOCS, Reebok, Tanishq and a like.

TYG also offers Yoga Teacher Training program, Academy courses on yoga (MSc, MA, BA in Yoga Science), Power Yoga, Health Yoga, and Garbh Yoga. The backbone of TYG is its team of well- qualified professional experts (Yoga Experts, Naturopaths, MD Ayurveda, Gynaecologist, Dietician, and Physiotherapists) holding15+ years of expertise in the field.
