One of the most crucial components of the healthcare business supply chain is distribution. For any equipment or medicine company to efficiently supply their commodities across pharma chains and hospitals across countries, a strong distribution partner is required. In addition to distribution, packaging, storage and logistics services, clients want a distribution partner to provide a technologically driven end-toend solution. It is also critical to keep inventory always stocked to meet client demand at any given time. Understanding this need of the hour, Ator Healthcare, established back in the year 1993, has made its presence felt as one of the most prominent and trusted distributors in the healthcare industry today. The company with its robust infrastructure has developed best-in-class maneuverability to offer prompt tech-driven service to ensure clients demands are fulfilled to the fullest. Some of the major factors that have given Ator an edge in the market is its distribution reach. Further, with readily available inventory, Ator Healthcare has never failed to keep its end of the bargain when it comes to offering prompt service deliver ability.

“To ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout, we have a very strong inward QC & process monitoring team of seasoned specialists. We adhere to stringent methods throughout the procurement, warehousing, packing, and delivery processes. With increase in the spurious drugs, we make certain that all the products we deal with are obtained directly from pharmaceutical companies or their
authorized CFA’s. We never buy from other wholesalers or other middlemen/agent networks. In this manner, we can assure that our consumers are always supplied with 100 percent genuine products”, says Darshil Shah, VP – Supply Chain & Strategy, Ator Healthcare.

Driving the Needed Innovation in the Domain
Ator Healthcare has always prioritized introducing required industry innovation. The firm has been a forerunner when it comes to adopting technology. "We have currently partnered with tech-enabled firms for placing orders directly on our platform and which gives retailers direct access to our live inventory and active schemes and promotion, as we will launch our own B2B & B2C platforms in the upcoming quarter. We’re currently working towards creating India’s first fully automated pharma distribution solution which will drastically optimize our service standards and delivery efficiencies. In addition, working with 3PL partners enables bringing the latest logistic tech to ensure that customers get complete visibility on the last mile delivery and prompt services”, Darshil explains..
