Sanjay's father's dreadful battle with cancer made him realize that hospitals in India do not have facilities to support patients at the primary level. His father spent months visiting specialists and trying to figure out the right diagnosis instead of receiving treatment. To resolve the incompetent scenario, Sanjay devised Connect and Heal, a platform that would change the way primary care is delivered, with the support of family doctors and provide connected care anywhere.

It brings patients, doctors, medical records, and treatment, all together under one connected healthcare ecosystem partnering with medics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and emergency care providers to offer concierge care. It creates a vital link between multiple points of care delivery and households by making healthcare much facile and convenient.

The company strives to make healthcare affordable and accessible to the communities through high-quality technology and highly trained clinical teams. The consultation can happen based on language preference as the company offers services in 18 different languages. To ease the entire process, it has opened multiple channels to access the platform. It has automated the process with WhatsApp Chatbot, wherein the users need not install any specific app but use WhatsApp to put all the requirements and consult a doctor, order medicine, or get the tests done.

One of their flagship products is the Medical Concierge service, which is centric to serving one's dependents, including senior citizens, with best-in-class geriatric care. This service is targeted towards the 32 million strong Indian diaspora living across the globe. This service has become hugely popular for Non-residents, who are looking to provide a reliable healthcare partner to provide personalized, convenient, and comprehensive care for their parents.

With technology at the forefront, the platform has also enabled a geospatial tracking system for ambulances and doctors during house visits. It is servicing over 1M households and 3M customers in total. It is currently present in over 200+ cities and has a network of 500+ hospitals and care centres with specialists spread across the key cities.
