FUJIFILM India has installed its state-of-the-art AMULET Innovality Full Field Digital Mammography (FFDM) system at Vishwam Diagnostics Centre in Nizamabad, near Hyderabad. This move marks a big step in improving women’s health diagnostics in smaller cities by offering advanced tools for early breast cancer detection.

The AMULET Innovality system is known for producing high resolution images at low radiation doses, making it easier for doctors to detect breast abnormalities earlier and more accurately. With smart features like automatic exposure control, 3D tomosynthesis, and image enhancement, the system helps doctors work more efficiently and deliver better care with fewer repeat scans.

Shunsuke Honda, Business Advisor, Medical Systems Division at FUJIFILM India, emphasized the company’s commitment to making cutting edge healthcare more accessible. “Bringing this technology to Nizamabad is part of our goal to strengthen early detection for women across India”, he said. The installation also supports FUJIFILM’s ‘Find It Early, Fight It Early’ CSR campaign, focused on promoting breast cancer awareness and screening.
