Established in March 2010 by Dr Lakshmi Roopesh, Dental Den was born out of a commitment to make world-class dentistry both accessible and compassionate. What began as a modest dream has now grown into a consolidated, state-of-the-art dental facility, renowned for its personalized approach and calming ambiance.
Located on Hennur Main Road, just three kilometres from Manyata Tech Park and 20+ km from Kempegowda International Airport, the clinic strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility making it an ideal destination for working professionals, families, and global clients alike. “We’re not a corporate chain. Dr Lakshmi Roopesh's Passion, Precision, & Purpose
The heart behind Dental Den is Dr Lakshmi Roopesh, a seasoned dental professional with over two decades of clinical expertise. Raised in Mandya, Karnataka, and schooled at the prestigious Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, she carries forward values of service, discipline, and sincerity in all she does.
She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from M. R. Ambedkar Dental College, Bangalore (2004) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry from the State University of New York, Buffalo. Her clinical foundation is further strengthened by international training in Implantology and Laser Dentistry, as well as an Executive MBA in Healthcare from IIM Bangalore (2018–2019) a rare and powerful blend of medical insight and strategic leadership.
Her approach combines clinical precision with emotional intelligence. Whether it’s crafting a new smile or helping a patient overcome dental trauma, she brings empathy, transparency, and attention to detail to every consultation.
Her aim was to establish a dental clinic where patients could be heard, understood, and cared for with clinical proficiency and emotional intelligence. she is a professional
smile design specialist and has received specialized training with Dr Sandesh Mayekar, who is also popularly known as the Father of Modern Cosmetic Dentistry in India.
She has continuously updated her skills through ongoing dental education and senior clinical mentorships over the years. She is a firm believer in continuous learning and insists that her whole team remains up to date with the latest dental developments worldwide. At Dental Den, the treatment process is always tailored.
Whether implants, aligners, RCTs, extractions, or smile correction, the patient’s personal choices, comfort level, and timeline are considered. Her skill at bringing medical knowledge together with psychological understanding has been able to transform countless lives. Dental Den is equipped with the latest in dental technology intraoral scanners, digital imaging, and advanced clear aligner planning systems to provide accurate, comfortable, and minimally invasive care. But at its core, it is powered not by machines, but by people. One of its strongest assets is its long-standing team. Many of the dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff have been part of the clinic for over a decade.

All treatments are carried out under strict sterilization and hygiene protocols, personally monitored by Dr Lakshmi Roopesh. She has also participated in numerous half-marathons and 10K events across India, continuously pushing her limits. One of her most cherished experiences was trekking to Chandrashila Peak in the Himalayas alongside her 12-year-old daughter, Aadya, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing strength and resilience across generations.
Beyond personal achievements, Dr Lakshmi is the founder of Woman-athon, a movement that champions the importance of women prioritizing their health and well-being. The third edition, held in March 2025, brought together more than 2000 women and 500 children, turning the streets of Bangalore into a vibrant celebration of strength, self-love, and collective wellness.
Future Vision
With her roots in a small town and her heart in community development, Dr Lakshmi Roopesh is committed to extending Dental Den’s impact beyond Bangalore. Her vision includes launching outreach programs and satellite clinics in tierII and rural towns where access to quality dental care remains limited. “I know what it’s like to grow up with limited healthcare access. My goal is to bring the same quality and compassion to places often left behind”, she explains. By integrating preventive awareness, technology, and human-centered care, it aims to redefine oral health access across Karnataka and eventually, across India.
