Benny Thomas,MD2020 is going to be a trans-forming year for healthcare app development. The mobile health market will grow at a rate of 41 percentage, with over-all spending increasing twofold. The ease of accessibility and convenience has led to an increase in the number of healthcare mobile application users, as many patients would want to stay connected with their healthcare provider 24×7.

You Take Care (YTC), a startup company, offers `HealthApp', a mobile application to connect families with healthcare providers and laboratories. The firm is involved in developing IT solutions to keep electronic health records and make it available through mobile and web applications anytime and anywhere in the world. This will make diagnosis easy for doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other health care providers.

YTC believes in the philosophy of `prevention is better than cure'. "We add twenty more productive years to everyone's life through preventive health check-ups. To do so, we have conducted large number of medical camps on life style diseases. The message we convey is that, if you are above 25 years of age, check your blood pressure, glucose
and cholesterol, once in six months. This habit will definitely save the person from health issues in future,” explains Benny Thomas, Managing Director, You Take care.
