DHT Technique – A New Revolution in Hair Transplant Segment
While the popularity of the doctor-duo has spread like wildfire, their panacea for hair loss, DHT technique, on the other hand has gone beyond the state-of-the-art Eugenix Clinics (which are the largest in the world in terms of size) in India to become one of the most sought-after hair planting techniques and is being appreciated by top surgeons across the world. Dr. Arika, who is also a panelist on the American Board of Hair Restoration, elucidates, “Suited for both male & female patients, DTH technique is the most modern modification of the popular Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE) technique. This highly advanced technique involves the ingenious process of simultaneously extracting and implanting the hair, leading to the

Most of the skepticisms about hair transplant come from the conviction that the implanted hair loses its natural feel. With the development of DHT technique, Eugenix shatters this conviction into pieces. During the process, which is conducted in two phases – the Pre made sites wherein the sites for graft placement are made first with proper angle, direction and depth followed by extraction and placement, the hair follicles are extracted one by one and directly and simultaneously planted into the recipient area which needs to be covered. Since each hair follicle is placed in a particular direction, depth and angle, the patients get 100 percent natural results with maximum density. The hair growth can be seen within two months from the session occurrence while the full-growth happens in 8-9 months.
