The Adani Foundation, the CSR arm of the Adani Group, has partnered with the Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DMIHER), a Maharashtra-based deemed-to-be university, to establish a global Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on affordable healthcare education and delivery. This strategic collaboration aims to promote inclusive, accessible, and high-quality healthcare in line with the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.
Rooted in Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani’s philosophy of 'Seva hi Sadhana hai' (Service is Worship), the initiative reinforces the Group’s commitment to nation-building through equitable access to education and healthcare. The Centre of Excellence will focus on academic innovation, clinical research, and community-based care.
Dr. Priti Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, emphasized the importance of equitable healthcare and education. “This collaboration with DMIHER reflects our belief that access to quality healthcare and education is a fundamental right not a privilege. We are proud to support the creation of a Centre of Excellence that will combine academic innovation, clinical research and community care”, she said.
The collaboration aims to create a scalable model for healthcare delivery that upholds dignity, compassion, and excellence. It also aligns with the Adani Group’s 'Temple of Healthcare' concept, which envisions hospitals and healthcare institutions as centers of service and humanity.
